The Project is on a 21 storey building. Our scope of work included:
Complete design (with heat load calculation), supply and installation of HVAC system of which we supplied 2 nos Chillers, 2 nos FAHU, 250 nos of Fan Coil Units, 3 nos Variable Primary Chilled Water Pumps, 4 nos Central Toilet Exhaust Fans, 4 nos Central Kitchen Exhaust Fans, 2 nos Stair Case Pressurization Fans, 1 no Chilled Water Pressurization Unit and 1 no Chemical Dosing System. We have done the complete design of BMS system with chiller logics, sequencing, Transfer pumps logics etc including testing and commissioning of all the above mentioned system.
Design, supply & installation of complete plumbing and firefighting system including Transfer Pumps, Booster Pumps, 4 layers Insulated Water Tanks, Calorifiers, Hot water Re-circulation Pumps, Fire pumps and associated piping works.
Supply and installation of Electrical and Low voltage system.
